A research project identifying proven strategies and tools to use to build equity and generational wealth for people of color.

What makes BI different?​

Our primary purpose is to offer access to opportunity for creating generational wealth. We utilize homeownership as an option.

Educate

We have developed curriculum that will educate individuals on what it takes to be a homeowner. We focus on how to obtain, maintain, and sustain a home.

Financial Institutions​

We connect individuals with financial institutions that provide affordable financial products that place you in the best financial position.

Development​​

We develop affordable homes that are tailored to meet the needs of our future homeowners. We ensure that our homes have equity upon acquisition.​

Research

We provide articles and papers based on extensive research and applied methods of strategies to use as a blueprint for wealth building.​

Resource​

Our online platform will be used as a resource center to utilize the information and tools that we have sourced.

Collaborate​​

We encourage collaboration with like minded individuals. Our goal is to build community involvement through development and investment.

Meet The Founder

This work was started as a case study for our founders doctoral dissertation.

Anthony Bailey

Anthony Bailey has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. While in college, he started a music entertainment business. Later, he founded 24/7 Tech Solutions and worked with several home and business clients throughout Westchester County.

He has long been passionate about making a difference in his hometown of Yonkers. He is co-Creator of the PowerLab Coworking space, a former board member of the pioneering social enterprise and nonprofit Greyston and held a senior role with the Yonkers Council of PTAs.

In 2015, Anthony began purchasing and rehabbing properties in underserved communities.

Anthony is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Business, has received his MBA in Management from LIU (Purchase, NY) and his Bachelor of Music degree from SUNY Purchase College. He is a father of three boys who enjoys volunteering, bicycling, and traveling.
